THE KINESIO TAPING® METHOD

The Kinesio® Taping Method uses the body’s own healing abilities with the support of muscles and joints. The first step before applying this technique is determining the underlying condition in order to use this method for treatment. After the assessment is complete, we will apply this method alone or along with other treatments to promote healing.
